Bostech BTS023528 Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure (DPFP) Sensor is a direct-fit replacement for the failed sensor in your 2013-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. A diesel particulate filter (DPF) differential pressure sensor measures exhaust backpressure and signals when the ECM should begin a regeneration process to clear the filter of diesel particulate matter or soot. The DPFP sensor plays an important role in keeping the DPF functioning properly. Symptoms of a bad sensor can include a check engine light, decreased performance and fuel economy, higher engine and transmission temperatures, as well as black smoke or soot from the exhaust. Restore your diesel engine to its original performance, with a Bostech diesel particulate filter pressure sensor. This sensor is fully sealed and is a direct fit replacement for your stock sensor. Includes new bracket, hoses, and clamps. .
