Grilles are simply the very best. With their clean lines and
simple installation, these grilles will instantly add quality,
appeal and style to your ride. They are made from aircraft quality
aluminum, have more bars are double welded for extra strength
and given a thick coat of 3 stage Powder Coating. T-Rex Billet
Grilles are hand built in the USA to the strictest quality standards
and carry a two year limited warrantee.
When it comes to manufacturing a quality product, it starts in the
design department but it doesn't end there. We start with solid stock
of aircraft quality T-5 or T-6 billet aluminum rather than extruded
aluminum as used by some competitors. The stock is cut to length then
shaped to its specific contour. Each grille is then hand assembled
into a custom jig and precision welded with a process called "T.I.G."
to ensure a strong and clean weld. At this point every billet grille
is treated to a durable glossy block powder-coat. The final stage
of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning.
