Pacbrake
Air Springs and Air Bag Suspension
Do you ever get the feeling that your truck isn’t driving as
smoothly as it could be? When you add weight to your vehicle, do you
immediately notice a difference in control? Do you wish you could
load up your vehicle and STILL keep that smooth level ride?
Pacbrake’s
air suspension kits simply provide you with added support and better
control for an overall smoother, safer ride. Made with 2 ply rubber,
these double convoluted air springs (air bag) can solve many of your
everyday towing/hauling problems, such as vehicle sag, sway and bottoming
out.
PACBRAKE
AIR SPRINGS- #1 ON THE MARKET - NOW
WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY
Pacbrake’s truck air bags ( air springs ) allow
you to easily level out your truck’s stance for any towing /
hauling situation with the ability to adjust the amount of air in
each (bag) spring. Filling the springs can be done in two ways, the
most standard being our manual fill kits that provide you with easily
accessible fill valves located near your rear license plate OR the
more convenient option would be adding onboard air to your truck and
operating your air suspension system right from the driver’s
seat. Pacbrake air springs work in addition to your existing suspension,
not as a substitution. It is important to note that by installing
an air suspension kit, your max load capacity (GVWR) does not increase.
Pacbrake
Air Springs are designed and manufactured to be the #1 air suspension
choice among consumers.
HOW
DO I ADD ONBOARD AIR FOR EASIER OPERATION?
Adding onboard air to your vehicle is simple. All it
requires is the installation of an air compressor (various sizes available),
an air tank (3 sizes available) and a dash activation switch w/gauge
(various options available).

FAQs
IF I HAVE UNEVEN
WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION, IS IT EASY TO CUSTOMIZE THE AMOUNT OF AIR IN
EACH SPRING?
Yes. Whether
you have onboard air operated springs or not, you can easily adjust
each springs air capacity to level out your vehicle. The manual
fill springs are set up so that the fill valves are easily accessible,
usually positioned out the license plate at the rear of the vehicle.
And the onboard air operated springs are simply adjustable with
the switches that are mounted inside the cab of your truck.
DO AIR
SPRINGS REPLACE MY EXISTING SUSPENSION?
No, the air
springs are an addition to your existing suspension, not a substitution.
Kits are easily installed and do not affect your vehicle’s factory
suspension.
IF I
CHOOSE TO INSTALL PACBRAKE’S AIR SUSPENSION KIT, CAN I INCREASE
MY MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY?
No. You must
never exceed your GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating). The air springs
simply provide you with added support and therefore better control
for an overall smoother, safer ride.
WILL
THE INSTALLATION TAKE A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE AND HOW MUCH DOES
IT COST?
No. The installation
is fairly simple and can usually be completed within 2 hours. If
installing the kit with an onboard air system, the installation
procedure is a little different and may vary depending on the vehicle
application.
