Products A2 In-Cab Attitude Monitor
The
next generation Edge A2 controller is here, and it's better
than ever. The revolutionary plug-and-play monitor displays
functions such as turbo boost, EGT and auto-trans slippage,
and it allows the driver to control an Edge Juice Engine Module
to add up to 125 horsepower and 350 lb/ft of torque. A large
color LCD monitor displays virtual gauges and GPS navigation
maps. As an added bonus, the A2 even plays MP3 music files!
The Edge A2 also captures 0-60 and 1/4-mile times. GPS features
include voice navigation, rerouting capability, ETA and points
of interest. A wireless backup camera (coming soon in early
2006) is the system's biggest convenience. The weatherproof
camera can be mounted on the back of the vehicle to ease trailer
coupling, at the back of the trailer for parking safety or in
the rear seat to monitor children, and the picture is displayed

Edge makes power and lots of it. With five levels to choose from,
you can add up to 125 additional horsepower with the push of a
button. But power is just the beginning.
The Edge
A2 in cab controller with GPS monitors your vehicle's essential
systems, including exhaust gas temp, turbo boost pressure and
transmission functions, completely replacing the need for gauges.
As an added
safety feature, the A2 automatically defuels to prevent excessive
EGTs and tranny slip, also provides cold engine protection.
The A2 will
also display truck speed if you are using non-stock tires, RPM,
Engine Temp, 0 to 60 and quarter mile times, horsepower, torque,
current gear and whether or not the torque converter is locked,
intake air temp, barometric pressure, throttle positron as well
as a host of other features.
GPS
Navigation System:
Simple and easy to use with clear maps that provide coast to coast
coverage the A2 is the state-of-the-art in navigation technology.
Active route
guidance provides spoken and visual prompts before each turn as
well as distance to destination and ETA. The voice prompt even
names the upcoming street to turn on.
Automatic
rerouting for missed turns ensures you'll never have to ask for
directions again.
All major
points of interest are also easily displayed, so finding an airport,
hotel or gas station has never been easier.
Optional
Backup Camera:
The optional backup camera for the A2 communicates via wireless
signals to the A2. This means installation is a snap.
Simply mount
the camera on the vehicle and you are ready to go. No need to
string cable from the front of your vehicle to the back. If you
tow simply move the camera from the back of your vehicle to the
back of your trailer and you can instantly see what's behind the
trailer.
For the concerned
parent, the camera can even be mounted inside the vehicle to see
rear-facing child seats.
