Crafted
from aluminized steel in a 4” diameter, the Bully Dog
Diesel Dual Exhaust completely replaces limiting stock systems.
Straightforward installation in 2 hours or less requires cutting-off
the stock exhaust and bolting-on the Rapid Flow to factory
mounting positions.
Systems
come in multiple configurations with single and dual set-ups,
they are available in three tubing sizes, 4 and 5 inch tubing.
Systems are also available from the turbo back, catalytic
converter back and for the new diesels from the diesel particulate
filter back.
Bully
Dog Technologies’ Rapid Flow Exhaust Systems are designed
and built with absolute minimal degree angles on bends. This
will create the most free flowing, low back pressure system
in the industry allowing the turbo to move air more freely,
reducing exhaust temperatures. Dyno results have shown a significant
gain in horsepower by simply switching from stock to a Rapid
Flow Exhaust System.
The Rapid
Flow Exhaust Systems have the lowest degree mandrel bends
offering free flowing and low back pressure. This will lower
exhaust temperatures by as much as 200 degrees and provides
10 – 20 hp increases dependent upon size upgrade and
current horsepower output.
Bully
Dog recommends using a 4" exhaust system for horsepower
applications less than 450 hp, while the 5" systems are
recommended between 450 to 550 horsepower applications, and
our new 6" systems are recommended for trucks producing
more than 550 hp.
Aluminized
Steel: Aluminized steel has been hot-dip coated with
a special, corrosion-resistant aluminum-silicon alloy. Aluminized
steel gives you the look and feel of aluminum with the superior
strength and lower cost of steel.
These Bully Dog exhaust systems are available in 4" or
5", cat-back, turbo-back and dpf-back and single or dual
exit styles. All kits come with an exhaust tip included.
These exhaust tips are high-polished, bolt-on T304 Stainless
Steel tips that makes installation, and adjusting extremely
