life. The Fluid Damper by Bully Dog is available now from authorized
Bully Dog outlets for late model diesel trucks.
Torsional vibrations or harmonics can destroy crankshafts
and bearings. These vibrations also rob horsepower and torque. The
Fluid Damper by Bully Dog uses an internal inertia ring that has
been surrounded by viscous fluid within a laser-sealed housing.
The Bully Dog design controls vibrations by as much as 80% better
than a stock unit thus providing additional horsepower. Even more
important is that with controlling the engine's vibrations, the
life span of the engine can be extended.

When fuel and
air combust in an engine's combustion chamber, a torque spike occurs
that causes the engine's crankshaft to over spin and then rebound.
This crankshaft activity creates torsional vibrations which reduce
horsepower and create excessive stress and wear to the engines's
crankshaft and bearings.

While stock dampers are manufactured of rubber which are susceptible
to breaking down over time, Bully Dog's Fluid Dampers are constructed
with a silicone fluid and an internal inertia ring protected inside
