These Rapid
Flow Exhaust Systems are designed and built with absolute minimal
degree angles on bends; the exhausts are bent on a 6” inch
bend radius. The affect is the most free flowing low back pressure
system in the industry. The benefits of improving air flow to this
degree include: increased horsepower and torque, improved fuel economy,
and reduced exhaust gas temperatures.
Dynamometer
results have shown a gain of 15-20 horsepower simply by switching
from stock to a Rapid Flow Exhaust System.
These exhausts
are also extremely easy to install. The stock exhaust from the DPF
back can easily be unbolted and removed in under 20 minutes. Installing
the Rapid Flow Exhaust System is very simple, all of the hangers
are welded on to the exhaust system which takes the guess work out
of positioning the exhaust.

What
about the DPF:
This exhaust kit will not affect the Diesel Particulate Filter in
any way other than to encourage air flow through the filter. Our
testing does not show any negative affects to the DPF; all DPFs
worked as they were designed to do so by the OEM manufacturer throughout
our entire testing cycle.
