ATS Performance Ford Injector Nozzles

ATS Performance Injectors are a huge performance boost to any truck owner wishing to turn up their engine. Differently rated models are available depending on how much you wish to increase your power. ATS injectors are EDM to give your truck the edge you need and desire. Optimizing atomization is the key to Diesel Injection. Stage 3 Injectors require the Aurora 5000 Turbo Charger Kit. Actual HP gain will vary based on fuel system, turbo, ect.

ATS Ford Powerstroke injectors are completely redesigned to provide maximum fuel delivery and maintain high atomization pressure delivering huge power and good economy.

03-06 6.0L

Stage 1: Work well with tuner, exhaust, and intake upgrades.

Stage 2: Work best with ATS Fuel System. For peak performance the ATS Aurora 2000 Turbocharger is recommended.

Stage 3: Work best with ATS Fuel system. For peak performance we recommend either the ATS Aurora 2000 Turbocharger or the Aurora 5000.

Stage 4: 600 hp is achievable with these injectors on diesel fuel only! Requires the ATS Stage 3 fuel system, ATS Aurora 5000 as well as ATS Headstuds. These injectors recently put down 700hp with a shot of NOS.

1994.5-03 7.3L

Stage 1 94-97 Single-Shot: Work well with tuner, exhaust, and intake upgrades.

Stage 1 99-03 Split-Shot: Work well with tuner, exhaust, and intake upgrades.

Stage 2 94-03 Single-Shot: Capable of making 400rwhp without overcoming the stock High Pressure Oil Pumps ability. Requires ATS Single-Shot Programming.>

Stage 2.5 99-03 Split-Shot: Maintain nice driveability and idle of Split-Shot injector while having making over 400rwhp. Requires ATS Twin Pump HPOS.

Stage 3 94-03 Single-Shot: Produce 500+rwhp with these injectors. Requires ATS Single-Shot Programming. Upgrades should include Aurora 5000, Headstuds, and Fuel System. Fire RIngs recommended. ATS Twin HPOS recommended.

ATS Injectors are covered by a 3year/150,000 mile Parts warranty. ATS E-Power tuning will produce best driveability and power.

ATS Twin HPOS 1994.5-03 7.3L

To maintain High Pressure Oil supply to larger injectors add the ATS Twin HPOS. This system consists of a 2nd high pressure oil pump, mounting adapter, high pressure lines, and a new injection pressure regulator. This setup is required to produce high hp numbers ona 7.3L.
